1. By purchasing a course package, participants are entitled to take part in courses at the “Sportsfreund” gym. The fees are as follows.


Single training Session – €25 Package of 10 training sessions – €220 Package of 30 training sessions – €570 Package of 50 training sessions – €800

2. Course packages are booked online. The fee is paid when booking, e.g. via “Paypal”.

3. Participation in the courses requires the participants to be in good physical health. If there are any restrictions, the participant informs the trainer before starting the course training.

4. The validity of the course packages is limited to 6 (Package 10), 12 (Package 30) or 24 (Package 50) months.

5. The courses take place in the premises of the “Sportsfreund” gym (Jablonskistr. 27, 10405 Berlin) or in nearby parks. The meeting point is always 5 minutes before the start of the course in the gym. Participants bring a towel, sports clothes and something to drink. Changing rooms and shower facilities are available.

6. In the premises of the "Sportsfreund" gym, participants have lockers available to lock up their personal belongings. However, no liability is accepted for the loss of valuables.

7. The number of course participants is limited to 8. Eligibility to participate depends on the time of registration. Registration is carried out using the "Fitogram" app and can be done 14 days to 1 hour before the start of the course. Cancellation of a booked course is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course. After that, the course will be charged in full.

8. The team at the "Sportsfreund" gym is entitled to make changes to the content, number and time of the courses. The changes will be announced in the "Fitogram" app at least 7 days before the start of the course.

9. By purchasing a personal training package, participants are entitled to carry out personal training units in the "Sportsfreund" gym. The fees are as follows.


Single training Session - €100
Package 10 training sessions - €1100
Package 30 training sessions - €3000
Package 50 training sessions - €4500

10. Course packages are booked online. Payment of the fee is made when booking, e.g. via "Paypal" or by bank transfer.

11. Personal training requires the trainee to be in good physical health. If there are any restrictions, the trainee must inform the trainer before starting personal training.

12. The validity of the personal training packages is limited to 6 (package 10), 12 (package 30) or 24 (package 50) months.

13. Alternatively, you can take out a personal training subscription.

Subscription 1: Personal training 5 units per month - €440 per month
Subscription 2: Personal training 9 units per month - €800 per month
Subscription 3: Personal training 13 units per month - €1080 per month

14. Payment of the fees for the respective subscription is made by direct debit.

15. The validity of the units purchased in connection with a subscription is one month. Depending on the subscription variant, 5 (subscription 1), 9 (subscription 2) or 13 (subscription 3) new units are made available each month.

16. All subscription variants have an initial contractual term of 3 months, after which it is possible to cancel the subscription on a monthly basis. This must be requested no later than 5 days before the start of the new month.

17. Personal training takes place in the premises of the “Sportsfreund” gym (Jablonskistr. 27, 10405 Berlin) or in nearby parks. Those training bring a towel, sports clothes and something to drink. Changing rooms and shower facilities are available.

18. The basis of personal training is flexibility in terms of time and location. We want to meet these requirements in order to offer the greatest possible flexibility when scheduling training. Therefore, previously booked training sessions must be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of training if they are not used. Otherwise, a charge will be made.

19. Non-use due to illness is excluded from this. Here too, we ask that you inform us of this 24 hours before the agreed training date if possible.

20. Young people under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in training sessions at the “Sportsfreund” gym.

I hereby declare that I will take up and carry out the individual training and nutrition program voluntarily and at my own risk.

I am physically and mentally healthy and undertake to answer questions about my state of health truthfully and completely, as well as to provide information about all illnesses known to me.

If my physical conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) require it, I will have a doctor issue a corresponding report for starting training.

If I experience sudden changes in my condition such as nausea, dizziness, pain, racing heartbeat, or similar, I will inform my trainer immediately and, if necessary, stop training.
